1. Commit to the Relationship: I completely and willingly commit my mind, body and soul to my love relationship.

2. Communicate with integrity: I agree to tell my truth, with compassion for myself and my partner.

3. Listen with my heart: I agree to listen respectfully to the communication of my partner and to receive their deepest meaning.

4. Honor one another: I agree to acknowledge that my partner and I are making the best possible choice we are capable of making at any moment.

5. Appreciate my contributions: I agree to take responsibility for acknowledging myself and receiving same from my partner.

6. Express appreciation for my mate's contributions: I agree to acknowledge and appreciate my partner.

7. Honor our differences: I agree to come from a sense of cooperation and caring in my interactions with my partner.

8. Use grievances as opportunities for growth: I agree to look for unresolved issues within me that create disproportionate reactions to my partners behavior.

9. Maintain harmony: I agree to take the time as soon as it's appropriate, to establish rapport and then to reconnect with my partner when I feel out of harmony.

10. Resolve problems constructively: I agree to offer at least one solution any time I present a problem. I also agree not to criticize or complain to anyone that cannot do something about my complaint.

11. Go for excellence: I agree to support my partner and to be supported in participating at her highest levels of excellence .

12. Learn from experience: I agree to support my partner and to be supported in participating at the highest levels of excellence.

13. Be a leader: I agree to foster an environment of genuine collaboration, my partner and I feel empowered to express our individual and collective potential.

14. Reevaluate my commitment to our relationship: I agree to choose and re-choose to live by these agreements. It's my choice.

15. Lighten up!: I agree to create joy in my relationships, my work, and my life.
